The National Investor Appoints Yahya Kefah Ahmad Al Maharmeh as New CEO

The National Investor PrJSC (TNI), listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), announced the appointment of Mr. Yahya Kefah Ahmad Al Maharmeh as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 10 June 2026.

According to the company, the appointment was approved by the Board of Directors in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association and applicable corporate governance regulations.
