TAQA has informed shareholders that it has received a notification from Abu Dhabi Power Corporation (AD Power), which owns 98.12% of TAQA’s shares, outlining the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) operational procedures and implementation stages for the compulsory acquisition (squeeze-out) of the remaining shares.
The disclosure provides shareholders with the key dates for the final trading, settlement and payment process as part of the compulsory acquisition.

• 6 August 2026 will be the last trading day for TAQA shares
• Trading in TAQA shares will be suspended from 7 August 2026
