Salik has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shamal Holding to introduce seamless parking payments at the new Harbour West Car Park at Dubai Harbour, with the service going live from 13 July 2026.
Under the partnership, motorists will be able to pay parking fees directly through their Salik accounts, eliminating the need for traditional payment methods. The solution will be delivered in collaboration with Parkonic to create a faster and more convenient parking experience.

The new Harbour West Car Park will feature:
• Nine-storey parking facility
• 845 parking spaces
• Total built-up area of approximately 31,487 square metres
• Designed to serve Dubai Harbour and nearby destinations including Dubai Marina, Marina Walk, JBR, Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City
According to Salik, the partnership supports its strategy to expand beyond toll collection into a broader digital mobility ecosystem by extending seamless payment solutions across key transport and parking infrastructure in Dubai.
