Parkin announced a five-year agreement with Al Ghurair Centre to manage and enhance parking operations through the introduction of a fully ticketless, AI-powered parking system, aimed at delivering a faster and more seamless parking experience for visitors, residents and tenants.
The new system will use Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology, eliminating the need for physical parking tickets and enabling a fully digital entry and exit process. A new smart camera with an integrated display screen will also be installed to provide real-time guidance to drivers.

• Parking remains free on Sundays and public holidays
• Standard parking tariffs apply after the complimentary period from Monday to Saturday
The agreement also includes:
• Monthly parking subscription options
• Dedicated parking solutions for Al Ghurair Centre Residence and Rawabeh commercial tenants
• Enforcement and operational management services to optimise parking availability and improve traffic flow
According to Parkin, the partnership is designed to reduce congestion, improve accessibility and deliver a more efficient parking experience while supporting one of Dubai’s busiest retail destinations with advanced digital mobility solutions.
