Parkin Company has entered into an agreement with Dubai Health to implement a smart parking management system across Dubai Health facilities, aimed at improving parking access and the overall experience for patients and visitors.
The first phase will be introduced at Rashid Hospital from September 21, 2026. Parkin will manage the parking operations end-to-end, using digital technologies and operational data to optimise parking and reduce congestion.
Patients will continue to receive free parking for the duration of their visits, including those receiving emergency care, attending consultations or laboratory appointments, using walk-in services or undergoing ongoing treatment.
Visitors to patients will receive up to three hours of free parking once per day after providing patient details at the hospital reception. Two companions of admitted patients will also be eligible for up to 24 hours of free parking, with extensions available when required.
People of Determination, senior citizens and pregnant women will continue to receive complimentary valet parking after eligibility verification. Standard parking charges will apply to people who are not visiting Dubai Health facilities, with a 30-minute daily grace period for pick-ups and drop-offs.
Optional services at the facilities will also include valet parking, car washing and electric vehicle charging.
Parkin said its technology will be used to optimise space utilisation, reduce congestion and improve access to Dubai Health facilities. The company operated approximately 268,000 paid parking spaces as of the end of H1 2026.
