NAEEM Holding for Investments will activate a capital reduction on September 17, 2026, following shareholder approval and completion of the required regulatory procedures.
The company will reduce its issued and paid-up capital from approximately USD 245.3 million to USD 139.6 million through a two-stage process.
The first stage involves cancelling the company’s entire treasury share balance of 1.35 million shares. This includes 410,000 shares held for a full fiscal year and 940,000 shares held for more than three months, with a total nominal value of USD 945,000.
Following the cancellation, the company will reduce the nominal value of each share from USD 0.70 to USD 0.40 to offset losses reflected in its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025.
The total number of outstanding shares after the capital reduction will remain at 349,064,638, with a nominal value of USD 0.40 per share.
NAEEM Holding said shareholders’ proportional ownership will not be affected by the capital reduction and no adjustment will be made to the company’s share price as a result of the reduction.
