Modon has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Q Mobility to explore integrated mobility services and smart parking management solutions across Modon’s communities and destinations.
The partnership will explore solutions aimed at improving traffic flow, access to facilities and service efficiency, while integrating smart mobility and parking systems into Modon developments from the early planning stages.
The collaboration is also intended to support more efficient asset management, strengthen asset performance and create new service-led opportunities across Modon’s portfolio.
Importantly, the scope of the partnership extends beyond Abu Dhabi to other markets where Modon operates, invests or develops assets.
Q Mobility brings experience managing Abu Dhabi’s public parking network and Darb road toll system. Its expertise will be incorporated into the planning and development of Modon’s future communities.
The MoU was signed by Modon Holding Group CEO Bill O’Regan and Q Mobility CEO Mohamed Husain Karmastaji at LIVEX in Abu Dhabi on October 1, 2026.
Further details on the cooperation are expected to be announced as plans progress.
