MAIR Group has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire a 70% stake in Eslab, the owner of Turkish-origin specialty coffee brand Espressolab. The transaction marks MAIR Group’s first international acquisition since its listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange in late 2024.
Eslab’s founders and existing shareholders will retain the remaining 30% stake and continue supporting the business through its next phase of growth.
Espressolab was established in 2014 and has expanded to more than 400 coffee shops across 21 countries as of August 2026. Its network includes more than 310 stores across over 50 cities in Türkiye.
Eslab operates a predominantly franchise-led business model that extends beyond coffee shops to include brand management, franchising, coffee sourcing and roasting, product supply, retail and digital channels.
MAIR Group said the acquisition will diversify its investment portfolio beyond its core UAE retail and commercial real estate businesses and provide exposure to an established international consumer brand.
The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including obtaining the required regulatory approvals in the relevant jurisdictions.
