Julphar (Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries) announced that it has successfully completed the divestment of the Scientific Pharmacy pharmacies and distribution business in the Sultanate of Oman, following receipt of all required governmental and regulatory approvals.
The completion follows the company’s earlier disclosures regarding the planned divestment of certain retail and distribution businesses of Planet Pharmacies LLC.
