IHC Announces AED 40 Billion in Strategic Agreements at Make it in the Emirates 2026

IHC announced the signing of more than 60 strategic agreements and partnerships worth over AED 40 billion during its participation at the Make it in the Emirates (MIITE) Forum 2026.

The agreements span multiple sectors including financial services, space technology, mining, real estate, clean energy, AI, advanced technology, infrastructure and food security.

According to the company, the IHC Pavilion hosted over 40 sessions featuring more than 70 speakers and attracted close to 100,000 visitors over the four-day event.

Among the key announcements:
• Alpha Dhabi and TA’ZIZ signed a strategic collaboration agreement for approximately USD 10 billion in industrial chemicals investments
• NMDC Infra signed an AED 1.046 billion EPC agreement for the Fujairah I desalination plant
• NMDC Energy partnered with Borouge to support energy and infrastructure projects through advanced steel pipe coating solutions
• NRTC signed a strategic collaboration with Emirates Fast Food Company to strengthen sustainable sourcing and fresh produce supply chains across the UAE
• 2PointZero Group signed an agreement with ISEM and KEZAD Group to establish a packaging manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi
• IHC announced the launch of Reem Bank, a fully digital financial institution

IHC stated that the agreements and partnerships reinforce its role in connecting strategic capital, industrial capability and advanced technologies to support the UAE’s long-term economic transformation.

The company also highlighted strong In-Country Value (ICV) performance among group companies, including:
• NMDC Energy with an ICV score of 85.16%
• Aldar with an ICV score of 71.08%
• Trojan Construction Group with an ICV score of 62%

IHC stated that it will continue expanding its industrial, infrastructure, technology and financial platforms in alignment with the UAE’s industrial development and economic diversification strategy.
