Emirates Stallions Group Reports 36% Net Profit Growth to AED 255 Million in 9M 2026

Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange-listed Emirates Stallions Group (ESG), a subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC), reported a 36% year-on-year increase in net profit to AED 255 million for the first nine months of 2026. Revenue grew 23% to AED 1.3 billion, supported by progress across ongoing real estate development projects and increased activity across the group’s diversified businesses.

Operational profit before tax increased 39% to AED 291.3 million, while gross profit rose 20% to AED 429.1 million. The results reflect stronger profitability alongside revenue growth, supported by continued project execution and contributions from the group’s real estate, manpower, accommodation, retail and manufacturing operations.

ESG’s total assets reached AED 4.9 billion as of September 30, 2026, representing a 13% increase compared with December 2025. Total equity also increased 13% to AED 3.3 billion, reflecting the expansion of the group’s asset base and its strengthened financial position.

During the third quarter, ESG advanced several developments within its real estate portfolio. In September, the company launched Phase 2 of Radisson Residences, while the award of the main works contract for Seamont marked another milestone in the project’s development. Progress across these projects contributed to the group’s operational activity and revenue performance.

The group’s other business segments, including manpower and accommodation solutions, retail and manufacturing, also recorded increased activity during the period. ESG operates more than 50 subsidiaries across multiple industries, with a presence in over 15 countries and a workforce exceeding 20,000 employees.

ESG Chairman H.E. Matar Suhail Al Yabhouni Al Dhaheri highlighted the importance of the group’s diversified operations in supporting its expansion strategy. Chief Executive Officer Kayed Ali Khorma noted that stronger earnings alongside increased business activity demonstrate the group’s progress in improving profitability while advancing its development portfolio.

Looking ahead, Emirates Stallions Group remains focused on maintaining operational momentum, progressing its real estate projects and strengthening performance across its business segments during the final quarter of 2026. The company continues to pursue growth through project execution, operational improvements and expansion across its diversified portfolio.
