Emirates Driving Company Rebrands to “Emirates Mobility” as It Expands into Smart Mobility Solutions

Emirates Driving Company PJSC, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange under the ticker symbol “DRIVE”, announced its strategic transformation into “Emirates Mobility”, reflecting the company’s expansion beyond traditional driver training services into a broader integrated mobility ecosystem.

The announcement was made during a bell-ringing ceremony at the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), where the company also unveiled its new trading symbol “EMobility”, replacing the previous ticker “DRIVE”.

The company stated that the transformation aligns with 2PointZero Group’s strategy of building sector-focused platforms designed to support long-term sustainable growth and value creation.

According to Emirates Mobility, the new strategy focuses on expanding into smart mobility solutions and transportation infrastructure services, supporting the UAE’s vision for a smart and sustainable transport ecosystem.

The company added that its existing operational activities and services under Emirates Driving Company and its subsidiaries will continue without interruption.

Under the new structure, Emirates Mobility will oversee a portfolio of mobility-related businesses and investments, including:
• Excellence Premier Investment Group
• Excellence Driving
• Excellence Limousine
• Excellence Couriers
• Excellence Auto Repair
• Stakes in Mwasalat Holding, including Aman Public Transport, Aman Taxi, Autostrad Rent A Car, Pioneer Car Services and Colemont
• ChargePoint
• Performise Labs

Emirates Mobility stated that the platform will focus on delivering integrated and data-driven mobility solutions while supporting innovation, transportation infrastructure development and long-term shareholder value.
