Dubai Financial Market-listed Emaar Properties and Emaar Development have confirmed that they will announce their financial results for the first nine months of 2026 on Thursday, 5 November 2026, after trading hours.
Both companies issued separate disclosures to the Dubai Financial Market on 2 November 2026, confirming the scheduled release of their financial statements for the period ended 30 September 2026. The announcements establish a common reporting date for two of Dubai’s major listed real estate companies.
Emaar Properties is one of the UAE’s leading real estate developers, with operations spanning residential and commercial property development, shopping malls, hospitality and other real estate-related businesses. Its upcoming financial statements will provide an update on the group’s performance across these operations during the first nine months of the year.
Emaar Development, the UAE property development business of Emaar Properties, will also publish its nine-month financial results on the same day. The results will provide investors with updated information on the company’s revenue, profitability and financial position for the reporting period.
Investors will be watching the announcements for developments in property sales, revenue recognition, project execution and profitability. The results will also provide an opportunity to assess the financial performance of both companies against their corresponding figures for the first nine months of 2025.
The disclosures, signed by Ahmad Thani Rashed Almatrooshi, confirm the publication date but do not contain preliminary earnings figures, financial forecasts or guidance for the reporting period. The actual financial performance of both companies will become available following the release of their respective statements.
With both companies scheduled to report after the close of trading on Thursday, 5 November, their announcements will be among the key upcoming earnings disclosures for investors following Dubai’s listed real estate sector.
