e& announced the successful completion of the sale of its entire stake in Vodafone Group, with the transaction generating a total consideration of USD 5.95 billion (AED 21.9 billion).
The company confirmed that it has transferred approximately 3.94 billion Vodafone shares and received AED 21.5 billion (USD 5.84 billion) from the sale, with an additional AED 0.4 billion (USD 0.11 billion) expected from Vodafone’s FY2026 final dividend, bringing the total proceeds to AED 21.9 billion (USD 5.95 billion).
