Dubai Investments to Acquire 80% Stake in Clemenceau Medical Center

Dubai Investments announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Dubai Investments Industries (DII), has agreed to acquire an 80% equity interest in Clemenceau Medical Center FZ-LLC (CMC), subject to the required legal and regulatory approvals.

The acquisition aligns with Dubai Investments’ strategy to strengthen its healthcare portfolio through investment in a specialised healthcare provider offering advanced tertiary-care services.

• To acquire an 80% stake in Clemenceau Medical Center (CMC)
• Acquisition to be completed through a non-cash transaction
• Transaction subject to legal and regulatory approvals
• CMC specialises in advanced tertiary healthcare services, including robotic surgery and PET scan diagnostics
• Supports Dubai Investments’ strategy to expand its healthcare portfolio

Transaction details:

• Buyer: Dubai Investments Industries LLC (wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai Investments)
• Sellers: Khansaheb Investment LLC (55% stake) and Clemenceau Medical Center SAL (25% stake)
• CMC’s assets and related bank liabilities will be assumed by DII as part of the transaction

According to Dubai Investments, the acquisition is not expected to have any material impact on business results, although total assets are expected to increase by approximately 2% to 3%, with the financial impact expected to be reflected in Q3 2026.
