Globalpharma, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai Investments, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Angola-based PrinceFarma to advance the distribution of its pharmaceutical products in Angola.
The collaboration will focus on regulatory alignment and establishing commercial and distribution frameworks for Globalpharma’s portfolio, including identifying priority therapeutic areas and developing structured pathways for market expansion.
Under the collaboration, PrinceFarma will support the distribution of Globalpharma’s pharmaceutical portfolio in Angola. The initiative will complement Globalpharma’s plans to establish pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in DIP Angola.
Globalpharma said the partnership is aimed at expanding access to healthcare products while supporting the development of Angola’s pharmaceutical supply chain and local healthcare capacity.
The company currently operates two pharmaceutical manufacturing plants and has expanded its products across 14 countries in the GCC and selected African markets.
