Drake & Scull International (DSI) has been awarded an AED 127.8 million contract by Prestige One Developments to serve as the main contractor for Berkeley Square, a residential development in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai.
The contract builds on the strategic collaboration agreement signed between DSI and Prestige One Developments earlier in 2026 and expands their partnership from specialist works into full project delivery.
Berkeley Square will comprise a basement, ground floor and five upper floors. As the main contractor, DSI will be responsible for delivering the full construction scope of the development.
Construction activities are expected to commence immediately following the finalisation of the definitive contracts.
DSI said the award supports its strategy of selectively pursuing high-quality projects with leading developers and reflects the positive commercial momentum achieved following the company’s restructuring.
Group CEO Muin El Saleh said the appointment represents an important step for DSI, extending its partnership with Prestige One and reinforcing the company’s focus on disciplined, high-quality execution.
