Deyaar Development has announced the handover of Tria, its residential development in Dubai Silicon Oasis, adding 711 new homes to its 2026 deliveries.
The development comprises 711 residences and six retail units across a three-wing architectural design, offering views across the Dubai skyline, Dubai Silicon Oasis and surrounding parklands.
With the Tria handover, Deyaar’s total deliveries in 2026 have increased to more than 2,100 units. The company had previously completed 1,436 units across Regalia, Jannat and Talia Residences during the first half of the year.
Tria includes podium and rooftop amenities such as swimming pools, landscaped gardens, children’s areas, fitness and wellness facilities, sports courts, social spaces and outdoor dining and entertainment areas.
Deyaar said it remains focused on scaling a balanced pipeline of projects as it continues to expand its residential, commercial and hospitality portfolio across Dubai.
