Al Khazna Al Alamiya Holding, formerly Al Khazna Insurance Company, has announced that shareholders approved the strategic partnership proposal submitted by Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials (BILDCO) at its General Assembly meeting on September 18, 2026.
Shareholders also approved a proposed increase in the company’s share capital by an amount not exceeding AED 3 billion.
The strategic partnership and capital increase proposal will be resubmitted to the General Assembly following completion of the valuation process and receipt of the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
Shareholders also approved changing the company’s name from Al Khazna Insurance Company to Al Khazna Al Alamiya Holding.
The General Assembly approved amendments to the company’s objectives and activities, including allowing it to own shares or interests in joint stock and limited liability companies and to provide loans, guarantees and financing to its subsidiaries.
The company said any figures, ratios or final terms relating to the transaction remain subject to the valuation report, approved documentation and relevant regulatory approvals.
