BILDCO announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Wujod Real Estate Development to develop an integrated low-density ecological estate and innovation platform in Abu Dhabi.
According to the companies, the project will span an initial area of approximately 10 million square metres (around 107 million square feet), with first-phase investments estimated at AED 2 billion.
The development is designed as a long-term lifestyle-led ecosystem integrating:
• Ecological estate living
• Wellness and longevity destinations
• Innovation ecosystems
• Destination hospitality
• Equestrian and golf experiences
• Sustainable infrastructure
• Productive ecological landscapes
BILDCO stated that the partnership supports Abu Dhabi’s long-term economic diversification strategy through the development of future-focused urban communities centered around sustainability, wellness and innovation.
The companies added that the project aims to establish a new category of low-density integrated developments in the region, combining residential communities with wellness economies, tourism activation and innovation-driven infrastructure.
According to the announcement, implementation will proceed in line with approved development plans and regulatory requirements.
BILDCO stated that the partnership aligns with its strategy to strengthen its role in supporting sustainable urban development and major real estate projects across the UAE.
