Apex Investment has announced that its subsidiary, Enercap Energy Holding Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Dubai Police to strengthen cooperation across technology, research and innovation.
The agreement will focus on exchanging expertise, knowledge and scientific research in areas of mutual interest, while facilitating access to scientific facilities and laboratories.
A key area of collaboration will be research, development and innovation related to autonomous maritime systems and unmanned surface vessels. The parties will also conduct joint technical and field studies, research and trials.
The partnership will support the exchange of technical expertise and international best practices, alongside cooperation on artificial intelligence projects and smart systems.
The initiative is intended to strengthen operational and technical capabilities and explore emerging technologies and innovative solutions for security and law enforcement applications.
