Aldar has unveiled Marsa Al Saadiyat, its AED 100 billion waterfront destination, inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. The project marks the final phase of Saadiyat Island’s masterplan and one of the largest luxury waterfront developments in the UAE.
Marsa Al Saadiyat will transform Saadiyat Island’s northern coastline into a world-class waterfront destination, combining luxury residences, cultural attractions, hospitality, leisure and sustainable infrastructure within a fully integrated masterplan.

The destination will feature:
• Abu Dhabi’s largest marina with over 350 berths
• A 1 km waterfront promenade with retail, dining and a yacht club
• Luxury villas, mansions, branded residences and waterfront apartments
• A theatre district anchored by Dar al Funoon
• Three schools, premium healthcare facilities and community parks
Sales of the first homes are expected to begin in the second half of 2026, while site enabling and infrastructure works are scheduled to commence in Q3 2026.
