Aldar has announced the launch of Yas Riva Reserve, a new gated villa community located along the waterfront to the northeast of Yas Island.
The development will comprise 292 four, five and six-bedroom villas, including 45 waterway-fronted homes with the option to incorporate private pontoons, allowing residents to moor boats adjacent to their homes.
Yas Riva Reserve will be connected to Yas Island through a new bridge, creating an additional entry point to the island and providing access to its major attractions and amenities.
The community will feature interconnected parks, pocket gardens and landscaped open spaces, alongside a clubhouse, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, children’s play areas, sports and padel courts, retail facilities and a mosque.
Residents will also have access to nearby destinations including Yas Acres and Yas Riva, as well as SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Yas Mall and Yas Marina Circuit.
Yas Riva Reserve follows Aldar’s launch of Yas Riva in 2024, which is currently under construction.
Sales will begin on September 26, 2026, with villas starting from AED 8.5 million.
