Aldar has launched The Canopies, the first residential community within Yas Point, its recently announced AED 6 billion waterfront destination on the northern shore of Yas Island. The development introduces 592 apartments across six mid-rise buildings within a park-centred community featuring more than 10,000 sqm of landscaped open space.

The Canopies is located close to Yas Mall, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld and Yas Marina Circuit, while the upcoming Disney Abu Dhabi and Sphere Abu Dhabi are expected to further enhance Yas Island’s appeal. Sales will begin on 29 July 2026.
