Al Seer Marine has sold a portion of its listed equity investments and used the proceeds to voluntarily prepay an AED 600 million tranche of its existing term loan facility.
The company said the equity investments were sold through separate on-market transactions at prevailing market prices as part of its investment portfolio and balance-sheet management activities.
Al Seer Marine confirmed that the AED 600 million voluntary prepayment was completed in full during September 2026.
The repayment has reduced the company’s outstanding borrowings as well as the associated finance costs.
