Al Ramz Reappointed as Liquidity Provider for ADNOC Gas Shares

Al Ramz Capital has been reappointed as the liquidity provider for ADNOC Gas shares, with the renewed mandate taking effect from 10 August 2026. The appointment has an initial term of 12 months and includes an option to renew for up to two successive 12-month periods.

Following the required regulatory approvals, Al Ramz will continue to independently trade ADNOC Gas shares within defined parameters and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. The company said the appointment is intended to support orderly trading and enhance liquidity in the stock.

A liquidity provider is appointed by a listed company to improve share trading by enriching the order book, narrowing bid-ask spreads, increasing trading volumes, and reducing price volatility.

Al Ramz is a licensed market maker across the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), Dubai Financial Market (DFM), Nasdaq Dubai, Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX), and Bahrain Bourse (BHB). The company has more than 25 years of experience in capital markets and provides market-making and liquidity services across multiple regional exchanges.
