Agility Global announced the acquisition of an industrial plot of land in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through one of its subsidiaries.
According to the disclosure, the total consideration for the acquisition is approximately SAR 700 million (around USD 185 million).
The company did not disclose additional details regarding the size, location or intended development plans for the land.
