Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) announced that it achieved a 99% compliance rate in the disclosure of reviewed interim financial statements for Q1 2026 by public listed companies trading on the exchange.
According to ADX, the disclosures were submitted within the legally mandated timeframe of 45 days from the end of the financial period.
The exchange stated that all listed companies disclosed their Q1 2026 financial statements within the prescribed period, excluding companies currently under trading suspension.
ADX also highlighted that listed companies recorded a 17% increase in profits during Q1 2026 compared to the corresponding period in Q1 2025.
The exchange stated that continued collaboration between ADX and listed companies remains instrumental in:
• Supporting market transparency
• Strengthening investor confidence
• Reinforcing the resilience of Abu Dhabi’s capital markets
