ADNOC Distribution and Americana Restaurants announced a strategic partnership to introduce up to 200 quick service restaurants across ADNOC Distribution service station locations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
The partnership will bring Americana Restaurants’ portfolio of 12 global brands to ADNOC Distribution’s network, expanding dining and convenience offerings across high-traffic roadside destinations.
According to the companies, the collaboration supports ADNOC Distribution’s strategy to accelerate growth in non-fuel retail while enhancing customer convenience through integrated mobility and lifestyle destinations.
The rollout will also support the expansion of “The Hub by ADNOC”, the company’s destination-led retail concept that combines fuel services, EV charging, dining, car care and lifestyle offerings within a single location.
ADNOC Distribution stated that The Hub by ADNOC is expected to expand to 30 locations across the UAE by 2030 and is projected to generate approximately USD 30 million in annual EBITDA by 2030.
The partnership is also aligned with ADNOC Distribution’s target to double non-fuel retail transactions by 2030. The company reported:
• More than 14% year-on-year growth in non-fuel retail gross profit in 2025
• More than 9% increase in non-fuel retail transactions during 2025
Americana Restaurants currently operates 2,749 restaurants across its markets and reported:
• USD 2.5 billion in revenue during 2025
• USD 595.6 million in EBITDA
The companies stated that the partnership is expected to strengthen roadside retail experiences while expanding customer access to dining, mobility and convenience services across the region.
