Dubai Refreshment has approved the distribution of a special cash dividend of AED 1.10 per share, following a Board resolution issued on October 5, 2026.
The special dividend represents a total distribution of AED 99 million and was approved in accordance with the company’s General Assembly resolution dated April 2, 2026.
The dividend will be distributed to eligible shareholders on October 23, 2026.
