First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) and Seviora Holdings, an asset management group owned by Temasek, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a strategic partnership focused on expanding investment opportunities and market access.
Under the partnership, FAB and Seviora will combine their expertise, networks and resources to explore new strategic and investment opportunities, including potential co-investments.
The collaboration will also focus on knowledge sharing and the exchange of expertise and best practices between the two organisations.
As part of the agreement, FAB will explore opportunities to distribute investment strategies managed by Seviora and its affiliated companies through the bank’s wealth management platform, potentially providing FAB clients with access to a broader range of investment opportunities.
For Seviora, the partnership is expected to strengthen its connectivity with Middle Eastern markets and support its efforts to identify investment opportunities globally.
The agreement further expands FAB’s network of global investment partnerships as the bank continues to strengthen its wealth and investment offerings for clients.
