Royal Development Holding, a subsidiary of ADX-listed Emirates Stallions Group, has launched Phase Two of Radisson Residences Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.
The new phase introduces the development’s third tower, comprising 437 fully furnished branded residences. The offering includes studios and one-bedroom apartments alongside a select collection of two-bedroom townhouses.
The launch follows the first phase of the development, which sold out within 24 hours. Phase Two forms part of the overall AED 1.45 billion Radisson Residences Al Reem Island development and is being positioned towards both UAE-based and international investors.
The residences are planned to be rental-ready upon handover and will feature panoramic glazing, private terraces and contemporary interiors. Residents will have access to waterfront trails, landscaped courtyards, fitness and wellness facilities, communal lounges and a pool deck overlooking the water.
Located on Al Reem Island, the development is positioned along the waterfront near Abu Dhabi’s mangroves and provides access to Reem Central Park.
Royal Development Holding said the project is the world’s first standalone Radisson Residences and combines branded residential living with Radisson Hotel Group’s hospitality standards.
