Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange has announced that the insider trading prohibition period for listed companies commenced on September 16, 2026, in connection with the financial statements for the third quarter of 2026.
The prohibition will remain in effect for each listed company until it discloses its Q3 2026 financial statements.
ADX has instructed listed companies to update their insider lists on the exchange’s electronic services platform and notify relevant insiders of the trading prohibition period.
Brokerage firms are also required to review insider lists submitted by listed companies, update their systems and take the necessary measures to prevent insiders from trading during the prohibition period.
