Aldar has announced the launch of Talay, a collection of 351 standalone villas and the first residential community at Marsa Al Saadiyat, its AED 100 billion waterfront destination on Saadiyat Island.
Talay will feature four, five and six-bedroom villas designed around family living, with landscaped open spaces, beach access and a range of leisure and wellness amenities.
The community will include a landscaped green spine with falaj-inspired water channels, shaded seating areas, an outdoor majlis pavilion, children’s play areas, a gym, swimming pool and wellness facilities.
Marsa Al Saadiyat spans approximately 6.4 million sqm and eight kilometres of coastline and is expected to accommodate more than 58,000 residents. The wider development will include private mansions, luxury villas, waterfront apartments and branded residences.
The destination will also feature Abu Dhabi’s largest marina, 5.6 kilometres of beaches, waterfront dining and hospitality, 140 kilometres of interconnected walking paths and a 46-kilometre cycling loop.
Marsa Al Saadiyat will connect directly to the Saadiyat Cultural District and will include an underground Etihad Rail high-speed rail station integrated within a Transit-Oriented Development hub.
Talay will be available for sale from September 23, 2026.
