Empower’s Board of Directors is scheduled to pass a resolution by circulation on September 21, 2026, to discuss and approve the distribution of a semi-annual interim cash dividend for the period ended June 30, 2026.
The proposed dividend amounts to AED 437.5 million, equivalent to AED 0.04375 per share.
The distribution represents 43.75% of Empower’s paid-up share capital and is in accordance with the company’s dividend distribution policy approved by shareholders at its Annual General Assembly in March 2025.
