Aldar has announced the launch of Sei Saadiyat, a new residential development in Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Cultural District focused on wellness, relaxation and contemporary living.
The development will comprise 778 homes across six residential buildings, including one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as two-bedroom lofts. The first phase will include 265 homes across two buildings, with sales scheduled to launch on 16 September 2026.
Sei Saadiyat will also introduce a new loft-style format to Aldar’s residential portfolio, featuring double-height, open-plan living spaces, elevated bedrooms, expansive windows and flexible working areas.
The development will feature a range of wellness and lifestyle amenities, including hot and cold pools, a Zen garden and serenity pool, outdoor yoga areas, three indoor gyms, outdoor fitness areas and sports courts.
Residents will also have access to a specialist health, physiotherapy and recovery clinic, alongside a library and gaming lounge, cinema rooms, co-working spaces, children’s facilities, landscaped courtyards and a selection of retail and food and beverage outlets.
Select residences on the higher floors will offer views across Saadiyat Cultural District, including its museums and architectural landmarks, as well as the Arabian Gulf and Abu Dhabi skyline.
Sei Saadiyat is targeting an Estidama Pearl 3 rating and will incorporate smart community features and electric vehicle provisions.
