Air Arabia has announced the launch of a new daily non-stop service between Sharjah and Düsseldorf, further expanding its European network and strengthening air connectivity between the UAE and Germany.
The new service will commence on 16 December 2026, connecting Sharjah International Airport with Düsseldorf Airport. Düsseldorf will become Air Arabia’s third destination in Germany from Sharjah, joining Munich and Frankfurt.
The route will be operated using Air Arabia’s Airbus A320neo aircraft, supporting the airline’s continued expansion across its European network.
Air Arabia Group CEO Adel Al Ali said the launch represents another milestone in the expansion of the airline’s European network and further strengthens connectivity between the UAE and Germany. With three German destinations served non-stop from Sharjah, the airline aims to provide passengers with greater choice and convenience.
The Düsseldorf route further expands Air Arabia’s European footprint from Sharjah, adding another major destination to its growing international network.
The new service also follows Air Arabia’s recently announced daily Sharjah–Frankfurt route, which is scheduled to begin on 15 December 2026, one day before the Düsseldorf service launches.
