Manazel PJSC has announced the list of candidates standing for election to fill two positions on the company’s Board of Directors.
According to the company’s disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), four candidates have been nominated for the two available Board seats.
The candidates are Jassem Saleh Jassem Ahmed Busaibe, Khalid Nasser Humaid Abdulrahman Alshamsi, Khaleefa Salem Ghanem Shaeh Almansouri and Mohamedmukhtar Adnan Safi.
Two members will be elected to the Board of Directors from among the four candidates, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
