Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) and its strategic partner Bolt have signed a partnership agreement with Arabia Taxi to integrate 1,607 taxis into the Bolt platform, further expanding the ride-hailing network across Dubai.
Under the agreement, Arabia Taxi’s fleet will join the Bolt platform, increasing the pool of vehicles available to customers while improving fleet utilisation and service reliability. The integration is expected to increase vehicle availability during periods of high demand, reduce estimated arrival times and provide customers with a faster and more convenient booking experience.
The partnership forms part of DTC’s strategy to strengthen smart mobility services and develop a more connected and technology-enabled transportation network in Dubai. It also expands Bolt’s presence within the emirate’s mobility ecosystem as demand for app-based transportation continues to grow.
DTC Group CEO Mansoor Rahma Alfalasi said the integration is focused on improving the customer experience while allowing the company’s mobility network to scale efficiently. He added that partnerships of this kind support Dubai’s ambition to become one of the world’s smartest and most connected cities.
For Arabia Taxi, joining the Bolt platform will provide its fleet and drivers with access to a broader customer base through the digital mobility platform. The company also expects the partnership to improve the efficiency of its operations and support the delivery of reliable transportation services across Dubai.
The agreement is another step in Dubai Taxi Company’s strategy to expand its network across the emirate and deepen partnerships with private taxi operators, while supporting Bolt’s continued expansion in Dubai’s ride-hailing market.
DTC currently operates more than 11,000 vehicles, including over 9,500 taxis, and holds approximately 59% of Dubai’s taxi market by fleet size. In 2025, the company’s taxis and limousines completed 53 million trips.
