ADNH Catering has announced changes to its senior management team and operating model as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen leadership, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic growth across its markets.
As part of the leadership transition, Peter Nichols, Chief Operating Officer – UAE, will retire from his role effective 31 December 2026 after serving the Group for more than six years.
The company will consolidate its UAE operational leadership structure under a single Country Managing Director role. Scott Durand, currently Country Managing Director – Saudi Arabia, will assume the position of Country Managing Director – UAE effective 1 September 2026. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the catering, hospitality, and support services sectors, Durand brings extensive regional expertise and a strong understanding of the Group’s operations.
In addition, Simon Khayat has been appointed Country Managing Director – Saudi Arabia, effective 19 August 2026. Khayat joins ADNH Catering with extensive GCC leadership experience in the catering and hospitality sectors and a proven track record in driving operational performance and strategic growth.
The company said the leadership changes and revised operating model are intended to further enhance operational efficiency, strengthen market leadership, and support the Group’s long-term strategic growth. ADNH Catering added that it is committed to ensuring a smooth leadership transition throughout the implementation process.
