Salik Reports AED 704 Million Net Profit in H1 2026

Salik has reported a net profit of AED 704.0 million for the first half of 2026, while revenue reached AED 1.41 billion, reflecting the resilience of its business model despite softer traffic volumes during the period.

The company generated EBITDA of AED 975.6 million, representing an EBITDA margin of 69.1%, while net profit margin stood at 49.9%. Total revenue declined 7.5% year-on-year, primarily due to lower toll usage following the exceptional regional events that began in late February 2026, although growth in ancillary revenue streams and tag activation fees partially offset the decline.

Operationally, Salik recorded 383.8 million total trips during the first half of the year, while chargeable trips reached 278.5 million. Active registered accounts increased 6.6% year-on-year to 2.9 million, with the company noting that traffic flows began recovering during the second quarter and approached near-normal levels by June.

During the period, Salik continued expanding its digital mobility ecosystem through new partnerships and initiatives. These included seamless parking payment solutions with Dubai Airports, Valtrans, Dubai Harbour, and the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ), supporting the company’s strategy to diversify its ancillary revenue streams and broaden its mobility services.

Looking ahead, Salik said it remains focused on delivering long-term shareholder value by expanding investment opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and capitalising on Dubai’s continued economic growth and urban development. The company expressed confidence that sustained population growth and increasing mobility demand will continue to support long-term traffic growth.
