AD Ports Group has announced the names of nine candidates who have submitted their applications for election to the company’s Board of Directors ahead of its upcoming General Assembly meeting.
The company said its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has reviewed the applications and confirmed that all candidates satisfy the applicable nomination requirements and conditions in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
The candidates will be presented to shareholders at the General Assembly meeting scheduled for 13 August 2026, where shareholders will vote to elect the nine members of the Board of Directors.
The candidates are:
- H.E. Shadi Khalid Malak
- H.E. Kamal Ishaq Almaazmi
- H.E. Abdulla Abdulhameed Alsahi
- Jasim Husain Thabet
- Hamad Abdulla Alhammadi
- Mohamed Juma Alshamsi
- Buthaina Abdulla Almazrouei
- Hashem Hussein Al Dabbas
- Bill Anthony O’Regan
