Dubai Residential REIT has reported a net asset value (NAV) of AED 22.58 billion as of 30 June 2026, with a net asset value per unit of AED 1.74, based on 13.0 billion units outstanding.
According to the statement, the REIT recorded total assets of AED 26.00 billion, primarily comprising investment property valued at AED 25.17 billion. The portfolio also included cash and bank balances of AED 746,368 thousand, along with trade receivables and other assets.
Total liabilities stood at AED 3.42 billion, including borrowings of AED 2.44 billion, trade and other payables, related party balances, and customer advances.
The reported net asset value reflects the REIT’s financial position as at 30 June 2026 and provides investors with an updated assessment of the underlying value of its assets after deducting liabilities.
