Talabat Confirms No Change to Strategy or DFM Listing Following Delivery Hero-Uber Deal

Talabat confirmed that there will be no change to its strategy, operations, leadership or listing status on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) following the announcement that Uber Technologies intends to acquire Delivery Hero SE through a voluntary public takeover offer.

If the transaction receives all required regulatory approvals, Uber is expected to become the direct owner of Delivery Hero in the second half of 2027. Delivery Hero will continue to indirectly hold its 80% stake in talabat through Delivery Hero MENA Holding GmbH.

Any future corporate actions involving talabat will follow its established corporate governance and regulatory processes.
