Modon Holding and Nammos Hotels & Resorts have announced Nammos Ras El Hekma, the luxury lifestyle brand’s first fully integrated destination in Egypt, located within the Wadi Yemm precinct on Egypt’s North Coast.
The development will combine branded residences, a luxury resort, retail, dining, wellness and the internationally recognised Nammos Restaurant & Beach Club, marking the brand’s debut in the Egyptian market.

The development will include:
• 72 branded residences plus one penthouse
• 79 luxury hotel keys across five accommodation categories
• Retail village, wellness centre and spa
• Swimming pools, cabanas, kids’ club and private dining experiences
According to Modon, Nammos Ras El Hekma forms part of the USD 35 billion Ras El Hekma masterplan, a 170.8 million square metre development expected to attract USD 110 billion in investment by 2045. The masterplan spans 44 kilometres of Mediterranean coastline and is designed to become a next-generation city with integrated residential, hospitality, leisure and business districts.
Modon said the project reinforces its strategy of creating globally recognised lifestyle destinations while strengthening Ras El Hekma’s position as one of the Mediterranean’s leading tourism and investment destinations.
