2PointZero Group announced that its subsidiary ePointZero has completed the acquisition of Traverse Midstream Partners for USD 2.25 billion in an all-cash transaction, marking its first investment in the U.S. natural gas infrastructure market.
The acquisition provides ePointZero with minority ownership stakes in two major U.S. natural gas pipeline systems, supporting its strategy to build a globally diversified portfolio of long-term energy infrastructure assets.
