Aldar has unveiled Yas Point, a new AED 6 billion mixed-use waterfront destination on the northern shore of Yas Island, expanding one of Abu Dhabi’s leading lifestyle and entertainment destinations.
The master-planned development will combine waterfront living, hospitality, retail, leisure and community amenities, creating a new beachfront destination that is expected to become home to approximately 5,000 residents.

• Approximately 1,600 residences planned

• Includes a five-star resort hotel and branded residences

The development will feature:
• The first beach on the northern side of Yas Island
• A 700-metre waterfront promenade with dining, retail and water activities
• Three public parks, including the 60,000 sqm Lea Park
• Walking and cycling routes connecting the community
• Water taxi services and dedicated watersports facilities
According to Aldar, Yas Point will also include an international school with capacity for approximately 3,600 students and will be connected to major attractions including SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Yas Mall, Yas Marina Circuit, Disney Abu Dhabi and Sphere Abu Dhabi.
Aldar said Yas Point forms part of its strategy to create integrated lifestyle destinations that strengthen Abu Dhabi’s position as a global tourism, investment and residential hub while expanding the long-term appeal of Yas Island.
