Burjeel Holdings announced the successful completion of its USD 500 million inaugural Sukuk issuance, marking a major milestone in the company’s funding strategy and capital markets journey. The issuance was completed under Burjeel’s USD 1.5 billion Trust Certificate Issuance Programme.
The 5-year senior unsecured Sukuk, due in 2031, was issued on 1 July 2026 and has been admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The successful issuance follows Burjeel’s recent establishment of its USD 1.5 billion Sukuk programme and reflects the company’s continued access to international debt capital markets as it supports its long-term growth strategy.
