Prometheus Medical International (PMI), a subsidiary of Response Plus Medical (RPM), announced the launch of “Prometheus Protect”, a global medical and security concierge membership platform designed for high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives and family offices.
The service was unveiled at the International Exhibition for National Security and Resilience (ISNR) 2026 in Abu Dhabi.
According to the company, Prometheus Protect combines concierge medicine, emergency medical response and executive security services into a single integrated platform offering global support and rapid-response capabilities.
The platform includes:
• 24/7 consultant-led medical concierge support
• Global medical evacuation and repatriation services
• Real-time security intelligence and threat monitoring
• Executive protection and secure transport services
• Journey management and operational support
• Crisis management and travel risk mitigation
• Bespoke emergency protocols for families and corporate teams
RPM stated that emergency evacuation services will be supported through ICU-equipped aircraft and global operational medical capabilities.
The company added that the launch reflects growing demand for integrated medical and security services in high-risk and international operating environments.
The announcement follows the recent launch of ICATT RESPONSE PLUS, RPM’s joint venture focused on long-range aeromedical evacuation services from Abu Dhabi using the UAE’s first dedicated Challenger 605 air ambulance.
RPM stated that the initiatives reinforce Abu Dhabi’s position as a regional hub for advanced healthcare logistics, emergency preparedness and rapid-response infrastructure.
