Aldar announced the launch of Al Ghadeer Gardens, a new residential community located along the Abu Dhabi–Dubai border, aimed at offering modern family living with connectivity to both emirates.
The development will comprise 437 villas and townhouses, including two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, within a walkable masterplan focused on outdoor living, wellness and community interaction.
According to Aldar, the project is strategically positioned within one of the UAE’s key growth corridors, with major destinations including Expo City Dubai, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Palm Jebel Ali and Al Maktoum International Airport located within a 20-minute drive.
Residents will also have access to Yas Island, Zayed International Airport and Abu Dhabi city through nearby transport links.
The company stated that education will be a central component of the development through the planned opening of Al Ghadeer British School for the 2030 academic year. The school is expected to accommodate more than 2,800 students and will follow the British curriculum.
The community will feature more than 30,000 square metres of landscaped open spaces alongside a range of amenities including:
• Resort-style swimming pool
• Splash pads and play areas
• Sports courts
• Stargazing lawns
• Edible garden
• Events lawn
• Fully equipped gymnasium
• Multipurpose community spaces
Aldar added that Al Ghadeer Gardens is targeting Estidama Pearl 2 and Fitwel 2-star sustainability certifications.
The company stated that the development is expected to appeal to first-time homeowners, young families, professionals and investors due to its mid-market pricing and accessible location.
Sales for Al Ghadeer Gardens are scheduled to begin on 18 May 2026.
